Visit SitePrivacy is a SaaS platform that helps companies manage GDPR compliance and personal data privacy. We designed an interface that transforms a dry, complex subject into a clear and accessible user experience.
The Problem
GDPR compliance is perceived as complex and anxiety-inducing by non-technical teams. Existing tools are either too legal or too technical. Privacy needed an interface that simplifies without sacrificing rigor.
Design System
We built a design system around clarity: color-coded status indicators, visual compliance task progress, and plain language throughout. Every complex action is broken into guided steps with contextual explanations.
Information Architecture
The main dashboard gives an instant read on compliance status: global percentage, priority alerts, and upcoming deadlines. Users know exactly where they stand within 5 seconds of logging in.
Results
New user activation rate rose from 34% to 78% after the redesign. Customer support tickets related to navigation dropped by 55%. Full onboarding now takes under 15 minutes.
